Leah. Wow. Service was impeccable. The food was the best thing ever since I saw a homeless man in Detroit get helped by Mr. Beast; curing his blindness and restoring his vitality. It also tasted great! The ambiance was like Music For Airports like Brian Eno. Just what I like. Also talk about a delicious treat! The Roti. It was like seeing a sunset in Colorado, the placid sea of glutens falling with the soft breath of the western breeze. Dotted with the brown bodies of cows, much like the lightly toasted bubble upon the Roti, the endless fields of grain bring one's mind back to a more placid time, like a child being let free to run in a corn field. If only the tranquility in that inexhaustible freedom from such a simple thing, could be provided in similar banal and quotidian delights as an adult. But behold! Behold! The insatiable dark delights in adulthood can also be found in something as simple as a Roti. Here and here only, at Hawkers.
Hawkers is hands down one of my favorite restaurants! The Korean twice-fried wings are an absolute must every time I visit. They're perfectly crispy and full of flavor. Our server, Ginger, was fantastic! Her recommendations were spot on, from the Roti Canai to Po Po Lo's Curry and beyond. Every dish we tried was incredible, making this another memorable dining experience. Can't wait to come back!
The food and service was excellent! If you are looking for great Asian food this is always one of my favorites. It wasn't crazy busy so we didn't have a wait time and our food came out very fast. The atmosphere is always great good music and the lighting is perfect! Our servers Jenna & Anna were fantastic they went above and beyond!

As Californians, we came in with some pretty high standards (because let's face it, we're spoiled when it comes to great food). Our server, Ginger, greeted us with a big smile and confidently told us how good the food is. Honestly, we thought, 'Alright, we'll be the judge of that.' Well, Ginger wasn't kidding. The Pad Thai and Bibimbap were incredible--like, so good we started questioning if we were still in California. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and honestly better than we expected. Ginger was amazing the whole time--super nice, attentive, and just fun to talk to. She made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place, and if you're lucky enough to get Ginger as your server, you're in for a treat. Kudos to her for being awesome and to the kitchen for absolutely delivering!
Hawkers located in East Nashville across from Center 615! Great list of cocktails, beers and some wine The menu is not overwhelming but has great variety! It is easy to want to order everything. My favorite item was the kimchi I have to get a side of just it. I ate at the bar top service was great even in the middle of a shift change! The only con is the parking in that area is limited. Worth going and much better experience if you Lyft or Uber
